Lead
Men are called to lead with humility, strength, and love—at home, at work, and wherever God has placed them. Leading well begins with allowing God to shape our character and priorities. Through biblical teaching, honest reflection, and prayer, we challenge one another to grow as men who follow Jesus with integrity. This is a space to learn what it means to lead faithfully, not perfectly, and to discover better ways to live out our calling in everyday life.
“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God[a] may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” 2Timothy 3:16-17
Connect
Connection is the heartbeat of our men’s ministry. Through Man 2 Man, meeting the first and third Saturdays of each month, men gather for meaningful, relational conversations about real life—family, faith, work, and community. These gatherings are built on trust, openness, and encouragement as we dig into God’s Word together and apply it practically. From Saturday mornings to summer Hot Dogs on the Lawn, connection creates brotherhood and reminds us that no man walks alone.

Serve
Serving is how we put our faith into action. Men at CLC are encouraged to use their influence, skills, and time to make a difference in the church and the wider community. Through opportunities like Citywide Men’s Breakfasts, outreach, and upcoming retreats and quarterly gatherings, we serve by showing up, investing in others, and strengthening the body of Christ. As we serve together, we grow in purpose and reflect God’s love beyond ourselves.
“You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh, rather, serve one another humbly in love.” Galatians 5:13
